Q. Can you quote, or actually purchase, my house on the MLS? 
A:  Big question. We are not agents, and no houses are listed. We are skilled home buyers: We buy Dallas houses and Forth Worth houses that meet our buying criteria. We can repair the house from there and resell it to another homeowner or keep it as a rental for ourselves

Q:  Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A:  Many of the houses we buy are below market value (we do this so we can resell it to another homeowner at a profit). We are looking for a fair discount on an estate. In our experience, however, many sellers don’t necessarily expect a big “windfall” on the property but appreciate that we can offer cash, close very quickly (no waiting for financing), and no time or effort or The cost of repairing the property or paying agent ‘s fees is expected on your part. Q:  Why can you assess the price my house has to offer?
A:  Good question, and we’re an open book: It’s a very straightforward operation. We look at the property’s position, what repairs are required, the property’s current condition, and the prices of comparable houses recently sold in the city. As you know, house values have been hitting enormously in the last 5 years that most areas have not hit yet.

Q:  Are there any fees or commissions for you to work with?
A: That is what makes us stand out from the conventional selling system, when you sell your house to us, there are no fees or commissions. We’re going to make you an offer and if it’s a fit then we’re going to buy your house (and often we’re going to pay for the closing costs too!). Any fee we make our money after paying for the home maintenance (if any) and sell it for profit (we take the chances here on whether or not we can sell it for profit until we buy the house from you… it’s our duty and you walk away without the pressure of the property and its payments…and sometimes with cash in your hands).

Q:  So How Different Are You From A Real Estate Agent?
A: Real estate agents list properties, and hope someone will buy it. The agent shows the properties to potential buyers if any (the average time now for selling a property in many markets is 6-12 months) and then takes a percentage of the sale price if they find a buyer. Oftentimes, the agent’s commission is 3-6% of the sale price of your house (so if it’s a $100,000 house, you’ll pay between $3,000 – $6,000 in commissions to an agent). Agents offer excellent service to those who can wait 6-12 months to sell and who don’t mind giving up some of the sale prices to pay the commissions. But this is where we’re different: We’re not agents, we’re buyers at home. Our company actually buys houses. We don’t list houses. (Which is a difficult part of this market).

Q:  Was there any requirement to send my information?
A: There is absolutely zero obligation for you.
